Registration process for Congress and Pre-courses

Once you’ve created your account, register for the congress by clicking on the button “REGISTRATION CONGRESS 2026“.

Please compare the prices on the registration fee page. Become a member by clicking on the button in the overview of your MyEUSEM account “MY MEMBERSHIP“, and then register for the Congress by clicking on the button “REGISTRATION CONGRESS 2026”.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before 30 June 2026 will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the paid delegate fee, with a minimum charge of €100.
Cancellations received after 30 June 2026 are non-refundable.
